以人才培养模式为抓手,探索思政工作新途径——以石油工程技术专业为例

Exploring New Way of Ideological and Political Work Starting from Talent Cultivation Mode——Major of Petroleum Engineering Technology

工学结合是目前高等职业教育的有效人才培养模式,在这种新型的人才培养模式下,学生的思想政治管理工作必须在形式和内容上与时俱进。就如何适应现代人才培养模式来实现学生思政工作有效教育与管理,提出了四点切实可行的举措。效果表明,以工学结合为抓手,不断研究大学生思想活动的新情况、新特点,能够达到"全程育人、全员育人"的具体要求。

＂ Work integrated learning＂ is the current higher vocational education talents training mode. In this new talent training mode, the student＇ s ideological and political work must keep pace with the times in form and content. How to adapt to the modern talent training mode of implementing effective education and management with the help of ideological and political work. This paper puts forward four feasible measures. The result shows that work-integrated learning as the starting point, constant study of college students thinking of the new situation and new features help to achieve the specific requirements of ＂education with all courses and whole staff＂.
