人类辅助生殖技术(ART)作为一门涉及生命、医学及社会学等多学科的新技术,其发生、发展及应用过程中自始至终面临着巨大的伦理争议、冲突和挑战。在ART中涉及的伦理问题可分为常规伦理问题及突发伦理问题,其中突发伦理问题因其个性鲜明、事态紧急、处理棘手,如何应对ART中突发的伦理问题是摆在生殖医学工作者面前亟待解决的难题,值得深入探讨。

Human assisted reproductive technology （ART）, as a new technology involving life, medicine, sociology and other disciplines, is facing enormous ethical disputes, conflicts and challenges during its emergence, development and application process. The ethical issues involved in ART can be divided into conventional ethical issues and emergent ethical issues. It is difficult to deal with the emergent ethical issues because of its distinctive and emergency situation. How to deal with the emergent ethical problems in ART is a difficult issue to be solved in front of reproductive medicine workers, which deserves further exploration.
