摘要 输血相关移植物抗宿主病（transfusion-associated graftversus-host disease,TA-GVHD）是1种严重输血不良反应,至今尚无有效的治疗措施,死亡率很高。长期以来一直强调宿主免疫缺陷在TA-GVHD发病机理中的作用,认为TA-GVHD主要发生在免疫功能缺陷或者输注亲属血液的患者。新近发表的1项系统评价（以下简称《评价》）纳入了全球公开发表的几乎所有TA-GVHD病例,
