CT增强扫描对肝胆管细胞癌的诊断价值

The Value of CT Enhanced Scan in the Diagnosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

目的探讨CT增强扫描肝胆管细胞癌的影像学特点及其对肝胆管细胞癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析平邑县人民医院2013年1月—2017年1月经手术病理证实的22例肝内胆管细胞癌患者的CT影像学资料,分析肝内胆管细胞癌的影像学特点。结果 22例患者中20例术前影像学定性诊断,确诊率为90.9%,22例患者中20例CT增强扫描表现为平扫期不均匀低密度病,边缘形态规则或不规则,动脉期不均匀强化或边缘强化,静脉期及延迟期强化进一步明显,表现为慢进慢出的影像学特点。其中2例表现为平扫期低密度灶,动脉期明显强化,静脉期及门脉强化无明显改变,表现为快进慢出的影像学特点。结论肝胆管细胞癌CT增强扫描具有特征性的影像学特点,CT增强扫描能够为术前的定性诊断提供具有价值的影像学依据。

Objective To investigate imaging features of enhanced sacning of CT in hepatocellular carcinoma and diagnostic value enhanced sacning of CT hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods 22 cases imaging data of CT Scaning in hcpatocellular carcinoma that has been diagnosed with surgical pathology from January 2013 to January 2017 in Pingyi County People＇s Hospital, and image t^atures was analyzed. Results In 22 patients, 20 cases of preoperative imaging diagnosis, the diagnosis rate was 90.9%, In 22 patients, 20 cases of CT enhanced scan showed unenhanced phase inhomogeneous low density, edge regular or irregular shape, uneven enhancement in arterial phase or edge enhancenlent, venous phase and delayed phase enhanced further obvious performance slow in and slow out imaging characteristics. Of which 2 cases showed low density lesions in unenhanced phase, obvious enhancement in arterial phase, venous phase and portal vein enhancement showed no obvious change, fast and slow out imaging characteristics. Conclusion Hepatocellular carcinoma has characteristic imaging features in enhanced scaning of spiral CT, enhanced scaning of spiral CT provide reference for preoperation qualitative diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
