钬激光前列腺剜除术治疗大体积良性前列腺增生临床研究

Clinical Study of Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate for the Treatment of Large Volume Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的观察经尿道钬激光前列腺剜除术治疗大体积良性前列腺增生的疗效。方法选取我院128例良性前列腺增生患者,随机分组并予以不同的治疗措施。结果治疗后,试验组各项治疗指标、各项评分情况、并发症情况均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论经尿道钬激光前列腺剜除术治疗大体积良性前列腺增生症疗效显著,安全可靠。

Objective To observe the curative effect of transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate for the treatment of large volume benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 128 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital, and different treatments. Results After treatment, the treatment of the treatment group, the score, complications were better than the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Transurethral holmium laser enucleafion of the prostate for the treatment of large volume benign prostatic hyperplasia has obvious curative effect, safe and reliable.
