联合血液净化治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Combined Blood Purification Therapy for Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的分析联合血液净化(CBP)治疗对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者炎症因子和疗效的影响。方法选择2015年7月—2016年6月本院收治的90例重症急性胰腺炎的患者作为研究对象,以入院时间先后将其分为参照组和研究组各45例,两种患者均实施常规的治疗,而研究组在此基础上联合血液净化进行治疗,对两组患者临床指标改善时间和炎症因子指标进行对比。结果研究组各项临床指标优于参照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对于重症急性胰腺炎的患者,在基础治疗的同时,联合血液净化可有效在短时间内改善患者临床症状,效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of combined blood purification （CBP） on inflammatory factors and therapeutic effects in patients with severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Methods 90 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were selected as study subjects. The hospitalization time was divided into 45 cases of reference group and study group, both patients were treated with conventional therapy, and the study group on the basis of combined blood purification for treatment, the two groups of patients with clinical indicators to improve the time and inflammatory factors were compared. Results The clinical indexes of the study group were significantly better than the reference group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with severe acute pancreatitis, combined with blood purification can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients in a short time, and the effect is remarkable.
