影响恶性肿瘤合并急性肾衰竭患者血液透析治疗效果的因素分析

Analysis of Factors Influencing the Effect of Hemodialysis in Patients With Malignant Tumor Complicated With Acute Renal Failure

目的分析恶性肿瘤合并急性肾衰竭的血液透析治疗效果。方法研究对象选取本院2014年6月—2016年5月收治的64例恶性肿瘤合并急性肾衰竭患者,所有患者均接受血液透析治疗,根据患者的预后情况分为存活组与死亡组,统计两组患者的治疗情况。结果研究发现,年龄越小、未合并感染、贫血程度较轻的恶性肿瘤合并急性肾衰竭患者采用血液透析治疗的预后较好,反之则效果较差,组间指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤合并急性肾衰竭接受血液透析治疗能够起到一定的作用,但是受患者年龄、感染等因素的影响,因此治疗中应注意对患者的高危因素进行控制,改善预后。

Objective To analyze the hemodialysis effect of malignant tumor with acute renal failure. Methods 64 patients with malignant nephropathy complicated with acute renal failure were enrolled in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2016. All patients underwent hemodialysis and were divided into survival group and death group according to the prognosis of the patients. Treatment of both groups of patients. Results The results showed that the prognosis of patients with acute renal failure combined with acute renal failure was better and the difference was significant. The results showed that the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Malignant neoplasms with acute renal failure can play a certain role in hemodialysis treatment, but they may be affected by factors such as age, infection and so on. Therefore, attention should be paid to control the risk factors of patients and improve the prognosis.
