埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎临床对比

Clinical Comparison of Esomeprazole and Omeprazole in the Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

目的对比埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果。方法选取我院于2015年4月—2016年4月所收治的反流性食管炎患者116例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,两组均行常规莫沙必利片治疗,同时对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗,观察组给予埃索美拉唑治疗,观察并对比两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状评分、胃镜下食管炎改善情况及不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为91.38%,远高于对照组的77.59%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后症状评分较治疗前均明显下降,观察组下降程度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者胃镜下食管炎均有所改善,观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑均可用于治疗反流性食管炎,但相比于奥美拉唑,埃索美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎可有效改善患者临床症状,降低并发症的产生率,提高临床治疗效果,具症状改善明显、疗效好、不良反应少、安全性高等优势。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of the reflux esophagitis which treated by esomeprazole and omeprazole. Methods 116 cases of reflux e sophagitis patients from April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital, divided them into control group and observation group by random,Both groups were treated with conventional mosapride tablets, at the same time the control group was treated with omeprazole, the observation group was treated with esomeprazole, to observed and compared the clinical efficacy, clinical symptom score, the improvement of endoscopic esophagitis and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of clinical observation group was 91.38%, much higher than the control group of 77.59%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before, the observation group decreased significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, the esophagitis of the two groups were improved, observation group improved significantly better than the control group,The difference was statisticalIy significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Esomeprazole and omeprazole can be used to treat reflux esophagitis, but compared to omeprazole, esomeprazole treatment of reflux esophagitis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the incidence of complications, improve clinical treatment.
