浅析皮肤性病采用米诺环素的治疗效果

Therapeutic Effect of Minocycline on Skin and Venereal Diseases

目的针对临床皮肤性病患者采用米诺环素治疗的效果进行初步探讨。方法收集2013年8月—2014年8月60例皮肤性病患者有关资料,对不同皮肤性病患者采用相应剂量及用药时间的米诺环素进行治疗,对患者治疗半个月后判定疗效并进行比较。结果皮肤感染患者有17例治愈,治愈率为89.5%;痤疮患者有12例治愈,治愈率为85.7%;淋病患者有6例治愈,治愈率为66.7%;非淋球菌性尿道炎患者有6例治愈,治愈率为75.0%;宫颈炎患者有9例治愈,治愈率为90.0%。在治愈率方面,只有淋病患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其它患者都具有明显疗效,差异具有统计意义。结论各种因敏感病原菌引发的不同程度皮肤性病采用米诺环素治疗具有明显效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of minocycline in the treatment of patients with skin and venereal diseases. Methods From August 2013 to August 2014, 60 cases of patients with skin venereal disease related information, were treated with corresponding dose and treatment time of different skin venereal patients of minocycline, the curative effect of treatment of patients after half a month and compared. Results Skin infection in 17 patients cured, the cure rate was 89.5%, 12 cases of acne patients were cured, the cure rate was 85.7%, 6 patients with gonorrhea cases were cured, the cure rate was 66.7% in patients with non gonococcal urethritis, 6 cases were cured, the cure rate was 75.0%, 9 cases of cervicitis were cured, the cure rate was 90.0%. In the cure rate, only the difference of gonorrhea patients was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, other patients have obvious curative effect, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion All kinds of skin diseases caused by sensitive bacteria were treated with minocycline.
