中医辩证法治疗糖尿病的效果及应用优势分析

Analysis on the Effect and Advantage of TCM Dialectics in Treating Diabetes

目的分析中医辩证法治疗糖尿病的效果及应用优势。方法选择我院2015年9月—2016年7月收治的糖尿病患者66例,依据患者来院先后顺序均分两组,每组患者例数各33例。予以西医治疗的患者作为参照组,予以中医辩证治疗的患者作为实验组,最后对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行统计分析。结果两组患者经不同方法治疗后,实验组患者的治疗总有效率和参照组患者的治疗总有效率分别为97.0%、75.8%,治疗后空腹血糖的改善情况同参照组比对明显较优,组间数据结果由统计工具进行检验,差异具有统计学意义。结论糖尿病患者应用中医辩证法治疗,效果理想,不仅有较高的安全性,同时可以使患者的血糖得以控制,可进一步在临床上实践。

Objective To analyze the effect and application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes mellitus. Methods 66 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from September 2015 to July 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of the patients. The number of patients in each group was 33 cases. Patients who were treated with Western medicine as a reference group were treated with TCM dialectical treatment as the experimental group. Finally, the clinical treatment effect of the two groups was analyzed statistically. Results After treatment with different methods, the total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group and the treatment group were 97.0% and 75.8%. The improvement of fasting blood glucose after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group, the data between groups by the statistical tools for testing, the formation of statistical significance. Conclusion Diabetic patients with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment, the effect is ideal, not only has a high safety, while the patient can control the blood sugar can be further clinical practice.
