持续健康教育在糖尿病并发视网膜病变护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Continuous Health Education in Nursing Care of Patients With Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨持续健康教育在糖尿病并发视网膜病变护理中的临床价值。方法整群抽样2014年1月—2016年1月我院收治的糖尿病并发视网膜病变患者100例,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组50例患者,开展常规健康教育,观察组50例患者,开展持续健康教育,比较两组疾病知识掌握情况、血糖控制达标率及视力恢复率。结果观察组患者对血糖监测、合理饮食、遵医嘱用药、运动锻炼等健康知识掌握均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血糖控制达标率及视力恢复率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病并发视网膜病变患者实施持续健康教育的效果较好,提高患者对疾病知识知晓率,同时促进患者血糖达标及视力恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical value of continuous health education in diabetic retinopathy. Methods 100 patients with diabetic retinopathy were enrolled in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table. 50 patients in the control group were given routine health education and the observation group 50 patients, to carry out continuous health education, compared the two groups of knowledge of disease control, blood glucose control rate and vision recovery rate. Results The health knowledge of blood glucose monitoring, reasonable diet, prescribed medication and exercise training were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The rate of blood glucose control and vision recovery of the observation group were higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is better to carry out continuous health education on diabetic retinopathy patients, to improve the awareness rate of disease knowledge, and to promote the blood glucose standard and vision recovery.
