摘要
目的探讨危重症并发低血糖新生儿应用营养支持护理的临床意义。方法将我院2015年5月—2016年9月的84例危重症并发低血糖新生儿作为研究对象,以随机为基本原则,均分为两组。两组予以相同治疗,对照组实施一般护理,在此基础上,观察组采取营养支持护理。观察两组不良事件发生情况、血糖恢复正常以及住院时间。结果观察组不良事件发生率为4.76%,血糖恢复及住院时间分别为(20.21±4.10)h、(7.89±1.34)d,均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论营养支持护理应用于危重症新生儿并发低血糖中,可促进疾病康复,有利于不良事件发生风险的降低。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of nutritional support nursing in critically ill patients with hypoglycemia. Methods In our hospital from May 2015 to September 2016, 84 critically ill patients with hypoglycemia neonatal as the object of study, with random as the basic principles, are divided into two groups. The two groups were given the same treatment, the control group to implement general care, on this basis, the observation group to take nutritional support care. Observe two cases of adverse events, blood glucose returned to normal and hospital stay. Results The incidence of adverse events was 4.76% in the observation group, (20.21~4.10)h and (7.89~1.34)d, which were significantly better than those in the control group. P〈0.05. Conclusion Nutritional support and nursing can be used in the treatment of critically ill newborns with hypoglycemia, which can promote the rehabilitation of diseases and reduce the risk of adverse events.
