摘要
目的探讨胃癌根治术后早期肠内外营养支持治疗的应用效果及护理体会。方法选取我科2014年1月—2015年6月接受胃癌根治术的患者共计56例,随机分成肠内营养支持治疗组(EN)和肠外营养支持治疗组(PN),每组28例,比较两组临床治疗疗效。结果两组除白细胞计数及并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余指标EN组均优于PN组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌根治术后早期肠内营养可促进患者的早日康复,缩短平均住院时间,减轻患者经济负担。
Objective To investigate the clinical comparative arid nursing experience of patients with early enteral and parenteral nutrition after radical surgery for gastric cancer. Methods 56 cases undergoing gastric resection from January 2014 to June 2015 in our department, were randomly divided into EN and PN group, 28 cases in each group, clinical curative effect were compared. Results The white blood cell count and postoperative complications had no significant difference between two groups (P〉0.05), the other index in EN group was significantly better than in PN group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition after radical gastrcctomy for gastric cancer can promote the early recovery of patients, shorten the average length of stay, and reduce the economic burden of patients.
