摘要
目的分析风险管理在内科护理管理中的应用。方法选取2016年2—10月在我科接受治疗的60例呼吸系统疾病患者的临床资料,进行风险管理,分为观察组和对照组,各30例,观察组患者采取住院治疗+常规护理措施进行,对照组患者采取在我院进行住院治疗+风险管理进行,跟踪观察对比结果。结果对照组(90%)护理满意度高于观察组(70%),对照组的护理风险发生率低于观察组。结论对呼吸系统疾病患者实施护理风险管理,能够提高护理质量及患者满意度。
Objective To analyze the application of risk management in nursing management. Methods 60 patients with respiratory diseases treated in our department from February to October 2016 were selected, risk management, divided into observation group and control group, each of the 30 cases, patients in observation group were treated with routine nursing care, patients in the control group were treated with hospitalization and risk management in our hospital, tracking observation results. ResuRs The nursing satisfaction of the control group （90%） was significantly higher than that of the observation group （70%）, the incidence of nursing risk in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group. Conclusion Nursing risk management for patients with respiratory diseases, to improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
