随我国儿科医学整体水平的提高,尤其是儿外科技术力量的提高,基层医院对儿科麻醉专业化培训需求越发提高。在麻醉医学领域,儿科麻醉有其独有的专业化特点,需要各个医院对科室人员进行系统的规范化的培训,提高医疗安全性的同时提高为患儿服务的整体医疗水平。近年小儿麻醉培训基地具体工作开展,通过入科前评估、入科理论培训、模拟人训练、入科阶梯晋级、临床实践考试等多种方式的尝试,逐渐形成培训常规及自身特色,积极调动积极性,提高培训质量,更好地推动我国基层小儿麻醉的发展并改善基层医疗安全环境。

With the improvement of the overall level of pediatric medicine in our country, the need for continuing medical education of pediatric anesthesia has been increased. Systematic standardized training of basic hospital staff would improve the safety of medical services while improving the overall level of medical services for children.
