摘要
目的研究和评估神经内科临床护理教学中应用PBL教学法的价值。方法选取神经内科临床护理学生50名作为研究对象。利用计算机随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各25名。对照组学生应用传统模式进行教学,而观察组学生应用PBL教学法进行教学。比较分析两组学生的教学效果。结果观察组学生的自学能力为92.0%、学习兴趣96.0%、教学满意度96.0%以及综合分析问题能力88.0%,均优于对照组学生的自学能力为56.0%、学习兴趣60.0%、教学满意度72.0%以及综合分析问题能力52.0%,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内科临床护理教学中应用PBL教学法,能够获得显著的教学效果,且能增强学生的自学能力、学习兴趣以及综合分析问题的能力。
Objective To study and evaluate the value of PBL teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of Neurology department. Methods 50 clinical nursing students were selected as subjects and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 25 people in each group. The students in the control group were taught by the traditional mode, the observation group students use PBL teaching method. Comparative analysis of the teaching effect of two groups of students. Results In the observation group, the students' self-learning ability was 92.0%, the learning interest was about 96.0%, the teaching satisfaction was as high as 96.0%, and the ability of comprehensive analysis was about 88.0%, which were better than the students in the control group. The learning ability of the students was 56.0%, the interest in learning was 60.0%, the teaching satisfaction was as high as 72.0%, and the ability of comprehensive analysis of the problem was about 52.0%, there was significant difference between two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of PBL teaching method in clinical nursing teaching in neurology department, which can obtain remarkable teaching effect and can enhance students' self-learning ability, interest in learning and the ability to analyze problems comprehensively.
