印片细胞学在术中乳腺快速肿瘤病理诊断中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Imprint Cytology in the Diagnosis of Breast Tumor

目的分析印片细胞学在术中乳腺快速肿瘤病理诊断中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的113例乳腺肿瘤患者随机分为两组,实验组(57例)给予印片细胞学检查,对照组(56例)给予常规石蜡切片检查。结果研究组制片时间(3.18±0.23)min短于对照组(25.17±1.58)min,其染色效果评分(95.35±4.65)分高于对照组(78.95±5.24)分,漏诊、误诊率3.51%低于对照组19.64%,两组诊断效果对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论印片细胞学在术中乳腺快速肿瘤病理诊断中的应用效果较佳,其制片时间短,染色效果显著,漏诊、误诊率低,具有极高的诊断价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of imprint cytology in the diagnosis of breast tumor. Methods 113 cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group of 57 cases were given imprint cytology, the control group of 56 cases were given routine Paraffin. Results the study group production time （3.18±0.23） min shorter than the control group （25.17± 1.58） rain score, the dyeing effect of （95.35±4.65） higher than the control group （78.95±5.24）, misdiagnosis rate was 3.51% lower than 19.64% in the control group, there were statistically significant differences in the diagnosis effect of two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of imprint cytology in the diagnosis of breast tumor in the operation of the effect is better, the production time is short, the staining effect is obvious, missed diagnosis, misdiagnosis rate is low, with high diagnostic value.
