摘要 目的研究高频浅表小器官联合腔内探头对肛周脓肿的诊断价值。方法随机选取86例肛周脓肿患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分为A、B两组,观察对比两组患者的临床诊断效果。结果 B组患者的肛周脓肿和肛痿诊断准确率均优于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患者肛周脓肿的定位水平高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声高频浅表小器官联合腔内探头用于肛周脓肿的诊断中具有较好的临床诊断效果。 Objective To study the high frequency small superficial organs combined with intracavitary probe in the diagnosis value of perianal abscess. Methods 86 cases of perianal abscess patients as the research object and were randomly divided into group A and group B, the effect of the clinical diagnosis and observation of two groups were compared. Results Group B of patients with perianal abscess and the accurate rate of diagnosis of anal fistula was better than that of group A (P 〈 0.05); the level of localization of perianal abscess in patients in group B was significantly higher than group A (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasound in small superficial organs combined with intracavitary probe for clinical diagnosis has good effect in the diagnosis ofperianal abscess.
