神经内科住院患者心理状况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Psychological Status of Inpatients in Neurology Department

目的调查神经内科住院患者心理状况,并进行探讨分析。方法采用随机抽选法从本院神经内科收治的住院患者中选取40例患者作为研究对象,其中包括脑梗死13例,脑出血7例,癫痫8例,重症肌无力4例,面瘫6例,脊髓炎2例,对其进行心理状况调查分析。结果住院患者各项因子分和全国常模比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);轻症和重症患者部分因子分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内科住院患者心理状况主要表现为焦虑、抑郁等问题,主要由躯体、社会及个人因素诱发,临床应对神经内科住院患者密切观察,若发现患者心理状况异常,应立即采取相应的处理措施,以提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate neurology hospital patients psychological status and discusses the analysis, Methods Using the method of random selection, 40 cases of hospitalized patients from department of neurology were selected as the research object, on the psychological condition investigation and analysis. Results There were significant differences in the scores of aii factors and the national norm （P〈0,05）; Compared with mild and severe patients, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Neurology hospital patients psychological status mainly fbr problems such as anxiety, depression, mainly induced by the physical, social and personal ractors, clinical neurology hospital patients closely observe, if discover the patients psychological condition to take corresponding measures immediately, in order to improve the patients quality of life.
