不同皮瓣修复头颈部恶性肿瘤术后缺损的效果

Different Skin Flap to Repair the Effect of Head and Neck Malignant Tumor Postoperative Defect

目的探讨游离股前外侧肌皮瓣应用于修复头颈部恶性肿瘤术后缺损中的效果。方法选择我院收治的头颈部恶性肿瘤患者80例作为研究对象。根据随机数字表,将其分为研究组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用传统皮瓣制定方法修复缺损处,研究组采用游离股前外侧肌皮瓣修复缺损处。结果研究组皮瓣成活率为97.50%,高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。研究组皮瓣坏死的发生率2.50%,低于对照组20.00%(P<0.05)。结论游离股前外侧肌皮瓣应用于修复头颈部恶性肿瘤术后缺损中具有显著的应用效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of the anterolateral femoral placenta flap in repairing the defect of head and neck malignant tumor. Methods 80 cases of malignant tumors of head and neck were selected and divided into study group and control group by random number table, 40 cases in each group. The control group were used the traditional flap to repair the defect. The study group were used the free anterolateral myocutaneous flap to repair the defect. Results The survival rate of the flap was 97.50%, which was higher than that of the control group of 80.00% （P〈0.05）. The incidence of flap necrosis was 2.50% in the study group, which was lower than that in the control group of 20.00% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The anteroposterior lateral myocutaneous flap has a significant effect in the treatment ＆postoperative defect of head and neck malignant tumor.
