香砂六君丸结合肾衰泻浊汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果观察

To Observe the Clinical Effect of Xiangshaliujun Pill Combined with Shenshuaixiezhuo Decoction in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的研究香砂六君丸结合肾衰泻浊汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法随机选取2014年1月—2016年1月于我院就诊的糖尿病肾病患者110例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(n=55)与对照组(n=55),对照组患者给予肾衰泻浊汤治疗,观察组患者则在此基础上联合香砂六君丸治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者尿蛋白、血尿素氮、血肌酐均低于对照组(P<0.05),肌酐清除率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的FBG(7.32±0.68)mmol/L、2h PG(8.45±0.44)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白值(7.56±0.38)%均低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用香砂六君丸结合肾衰泻浊汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效良好,能够显著改善患者肾功能指标,提高肌酐清除率。

Objective To study the curative effect of Xiangshaliujun pill combined with clinical curative effect of Shenshuaixiezhou Decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 110 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly selected from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group （n=55） and control group （n=55）, the control group were treated with shenshuaixiezhuo decoction. Patients in the observation group was combined with xiangshaliujun pill treatment, the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared. Results The clinical observation group were significantly higher than those in patients with the control group （P 〈 0.05）; After treatment, the observation group of patients with urinary protein, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Creatinine clearance rate was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）.The observation group patients after treatment with FBG （7.32 ± 0.68） mmol/L, 2hPG （8.45±0.44） mmol/L, glycosylated hemoglobin value （7.56±0.38）% were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of six Jun pill combined with the clinical curative effect of Shenshuaixiezhou Decoction in treating diabetic nephropathy is good, which can significantly improve renal function index, increased creatinine clearance rate.
