品管圈改善颅脑损伤患者肠内营养实施效果的临床意义分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的考察品管圈改善颅脑损伤患者肠内营养实施效果的临床意义。方法选取2015年3—10月45例颅脑损伤患者作为对照组(即开展品管圈前),另选取2015年11月—2016年6月49例颅脑损伤患者作为研究组(即开展品管圈后)。以"改善颅脑损伤患者肠内营养"为品管圈活动主题,找出肠内营养不良出现的原因,然后制定出解决方案并具体实施。结果品管圈活动后,研究组肠内营养实施效果不良和护理满意度分别为5例(11.11%)和43例(95.56%);品管圈活动前,对照组肠内营养实施效果不良和护理满意度分别为17例(34.69%)和40例(81.63%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动可有效改善颅脑损伤患者肠内营养实施效果。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of quality control in improving the quality of enteral nutrition in patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods 45 cases of patients with craniocerebral injury from March to October 2015 were selected as the control group (before the quality control circle), and 49 cases of patients with craniocerebral injury from November 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the study group (after the development of quality control circle). To improve the traumatic brain injury in patients with enteral nutrition for the theme of the theme of the circle, identify the reasons for the emergence of enteral malnutrition, and then develop a solution and the specific implementation. Results After the quality control circle, the study group had 5 cases (11.11%) and 43 cases (95.56%). Before the quality control circle activity, the control group had 17 cases (34.69%) and 40 cases (81.63%), the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The quality control circle activity can effectively improve the effect of enteral nutrition in patients with craniocerebral injury.
