眼科护理中的风险相关因素分析及对策分析

Analysis of Risk-related Factors in Ophthalmology Nursing and Countermeasures

目的研究眼科护理中的风险相关因素及对策。方法选取我院2014年3月—2015年5月进行治疗的眼科疾病患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机均分为两组,每组各50例患者。回顾性分析护理中潜在的风险相关因素,采取相应的护理对策,其中,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组进行针对性护理。观察两组患者在护理中出现的不良情况。结果观察组眼科疾病患者出现的不良情况少于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论在对眼科护理中的风险相关因素进行分析之后,进行有效的护理措施有利于减少不良情况的出现,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the risk factors and countermeasures in ophthalmic nursing. Methods 100 cases of patients with ocular diseases treated in our hospital from March 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the subjects, they were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases of patients in each group. Retrospective analysis of potential risk factors in nursing, take corresponding nursing countermeasures. The control group received routine nursing care, the observation group was given targeted nursing, observed two groups of patients in the nursing of the adverse situation. Results In the observation group, the patients with eye diseases were less than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion After analyzing the risk factors in ophthalmic care, effective nursing measures are helpful to reduce the appearance of adverse events and improve the quality of life of patients.
