摘要
目的研究分析临床护理路径在眼科白内障患者护理中的临床应用效果。方法选取2015年1月—2016年12月我院收治的白内障患者96例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组开展临床护理路径。观察并比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者住院时间、护理满意度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于白内障患者治疗过程中给予临床护理路径有助于提高患者恢复速度以及护理满意度。
Objective To study the analysis of clinical nursing path in ophthalmology clinical application effect of cataract patient care. Methods 96 cases of patients with cataract in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing care, the observation group was given by clinical nursing path. The nursing effect of two groups were observed and compared. Results The observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of cataract patients is helpful to improve the recovery rate and nursing satisfaction.
