摘要
用气相氧化法对碳纤维进行表面处理,可使碳纤维复合材料()的层间剪切强度()提高CFRPILSS -。这归因于纤维表面增加了化学官能团和比表面积。同时,由于碳纤维()与基体之间粘接得40%76%CF到改善,使单向()-的剪切断裂形貌变为拉剪。这可用扫描电子显微镜()观察剪断形貌得UDCFRP SEM到证实。
The interlaminar shear strength ( ILSS ) of CFRP can be improved by 40%-76% by surface treatment of gaseous oxidation on carbon fiber. It is owing to the fact that the surface functional groups and specific surface area of fibre are increased. Meanwhile, with the adhesion between fibre and amtrix improved, the shear fracture morphologies of unidirectional carbon fibre reinforced plastics ( UD-CFRP ) change from multiple shear to tension shear. It can be proved by SEM micrographs of shear fracture.
