Research on the improvement of purchasing efficiency based on BPR theory

文章通过对某国有企业采购业务实例统计分析和研究,识别采购业务流程审核环节中的瓶颈环节和操作,应用业务流程重组的理论和方法,提出流程优化的解决方案,对采购业务效率提升有重要借鉴意义。

Based on statistical analysis and study of a state-owned enterprise procurement case, this paper identifies the bottleneck link and operation in the process of purchasing business process audit. It puts forward the solution of process optimization through the application of business process reengineering （Business Process Reengineering, BPR） theory and method, which has important reference significance in improving the efficiency of purchasing business.
