摘要
RFID技术的应用改善了高校图书馆传统服务模式的弊端,改变了图书馆工作方式、管理理念,改善了馆藏布局、人力资源配置,提高了读者满意度和服务质量,为图书馆读者服务模式带来了新的变革。
The application of RFID technology has improved the disadvantages of the traditional service mode of university library, changed the way the library work and the management idea, improve the collection layout, human resource allocation, improve the readers＇ satisfaction and the quality of services, which brought new change for library reader service model.
