摘要
对武钢7号高炉提高炉缸活跃程度实践进行了总结。阐述了炉缸工作正常和异常时的表现,认为影响炉缸活跃程度的主要因素是渣比大幅度升高、焦炭质量变差、炉温持续走低。通过采取加强原燃料质量管理、稳定煤气流分布、保持充沛的炉温和合适的炉渣碱度、提高鼓风动能、优化出铁组织等措施,确保了炉缸活跃程度,高炉稳定顺行,各项技术经济指标取得了明显的进步,吨铁能耗随之降低17.5 kg/t。
This paper summarizes the practice experience of improving WISCO's No. 7 BF hearth activity and describes the conditions when the hearth functions normally and abnormally. The author points out that significant increase of slag ratio, deterioration of the coke quality and continuous decrease of furnace temperature are the main factors influencing the hearth activity. The hearth activity gets ensured and the BF realizes stable and smooth operation after taking the following measures: a) strengthening the quality control of the raw material and fuel; b) stabilizing gas flow distribution; c) keeping appropriate furnace temperature and slag basicity; d) improving blasting kinetic energy; e) optimizing the organization of HM tapping operation. The techno-economic indexes improve greatly and the energy consumption per ton of HM decreases by 17.5 kg/t.
