新疆棉源饲料在反刍动物养殖业中的应用及前景展望

Application and Prespect of Cotton Source Feeds in Ruminant Animal in Xinjiang

新疆的棉花副产物产量丰富,但利用程度不高,是当前新疆畜牧业面临的一个重要问题。棉副产物主要包含棉籽饼粕和棉秆等,棉籽饼粕是反刍动物的重要蛋白性饲料来源之一,棉秆又可以作为反刍动物的粗饲料。但是由于棉籽饼粕中含有棉酚以及棉秆中粗纤维含量较高,致使棉源性饲料在动物生产的应用长期受到制约。为探讨棉源饲料在反刍动物中的研究及应用进展,本文从棉源饲料产量、种类及营养价值、在动物生产中的研究与应用等方面进行了综述。

The production of cotton by-products is rich in Xinjiang, but utilization degree is not high, it is an important problem of the current animal husbandry in Xinjiang. The by-products of cotton mainly contains cottonseed cake meal and cotton stalks, cottonseed cake meal is one of important protein of ruminant feed source, cotton stalks can be used as roughage for the ruminants. But because the cottonseed cake meal contains gaa and crude fiber content is higher in the cotton stalks, the feed of cotton source have a limited application in animal production for a long time. In order to discuss the progress of research and appliation on cotton source feed in ruminant animal, this article from the feed of cotton source production, species and nutritional value, the research and application in animal production were summarized.
