一株链霉菌对猕猴桃溃疡病的防效 被引量:5

Control Efficacy of Streptomyces.sp SY-L12 on Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiae,Causal Agent of Kiwifruit Bacterial Canker

摘要 以猕猴桃溃疡病菌为试菌,采用液体共培养法和含菌抑菌圈法,研究了链霉菌SYL12对猕猴桃溃疡病菌的生长抑制作用,并测定链霉菌发酵液对猕猴桃溃疡病的盆栽防效。结果表明:链霉菌SY-L12在培养24h后其发酵液原液对病原菌的生长抑制率达94.0%,在28℃、150r·min^(-1)培养8~9d条件下最利于活性物质的生产,发酵产物对猕猴桃溃疡病的盆栽防效为85.4%,优于氢氧化铜对照药剂。表明链霉菌SY-L12能够有效抑制猕猴桃溃疡病菌生长,作为生物农药具有开发应用前景。 Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiaeas was used as test fungi,the inhibition effect of Streptomyces.sp SY-L12 on Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiae was assessed by using co-culture and inhibition-zone methods.Then the control effect was studied in potted trails.The results showed that Streptomyces.sp SY-L12 inhibited the growth of Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiae with the inhibitory rate 94.0%.The best efficacy was found when Streptomyces.sp SY-L12 was grown at 28℃ with shaking at 150r·min^-1 for 8-9days,the efficacy of fermentation broth was 85.4% which was higher than the control in potted trails.Therefore Streptomyces.sp SYL12 might be considered as a new option for developing new integrated control strategies to reduce the disease.
