凹模形状对铝合金自冲铆接接头力学性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 研究了在同种铆钉,3种不同凹模形状下AA5182-O铝合金的自冲铆接的力学性能。分析了3种凹模下接头拉剪测试结果和接头的金相截面尺寸(铆钉自锁量、铆钉张开度和底部厚度)。结果表明:不同凹模形状对拉剪强度和力学性能稳定性均有影响;不同凹模形状产生的自锁量稳定性与铆接接头力学性能稳定性具有一定的相关性,并且平底凹模的拉剪强度和力学稳定性最好;铆接接头的自锁量与拉剪强度之间没有明显的相关性,并不呈正相关或者负相关;底部厚度和铆钉张开度对铆接接头强度影响较小,对稳定性的影响也较小。 Mechanical properties of self-piercing riveted joints of aluminum alloy AA5182 - 0 were investigated under the same kind of rivet and three cavity dies with different geometry. The tensile shear test and metallographic cross-sections geometry (the Interlock, the rivet spread degree and bottom thickness) were analyzed. The results showed that the die geometry had effect on the joint' s lap-shear strength and stability, there were some correlation between the interlock stability and the tensile shear strength stability of the joints, the strength and stability of lapshear joints made by flat platform die were the best; there is no positive or negative correlation between the interlock of joints and the tensile shear strength ; The bottom thickness and the rivet spread degree had little influence on the strength of joint, as well as stability.
