摘要
目的:探讨人工耳蜗植入儿童不同时段声母识别和韵母识别状况。方法:选择2014年6月-2015年9月于笔者所在医院治疗的50例人工耳蜗植入儿童,在不同康复时段对其进行声母和韵母识别能力评估。结果:随着康复时间的延长,声母识别和韵母识别的成绩总体呈向上发展的趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工耳蜗植入能提高听障儿童的听辨能力,且康复时间越长,效果越好。
Objective: To investigate the consonant and vowel recognition conditions of children with cochlear implantation at different stages. Method: 50 children with cochlear implantation from Jun. 2014 to Sep. 2015 in our hospital were collected, their consonant and vowel recognition conditions ability were tested at different period.Result: The consonant and vowel recognition scores increased significantly with rehabilitation time increasing(P〈0.05). Conclusion: After cochlear implantation, the speech recognition abilities of children with cochlear implantation can develop rapidly with training time increasing.
