儿童人工耳蜗植入不同时段声母和韵母识别状况研究

Research of the Consonant and Vowel Recognition Conditions of Children with Cochlear Implantation at Different Stages

目的:探讨人工耳蜗植入儿童不同时段声母识别和韵母识别状况。方法:选择2014年6月-2015年9月于笔者所在医院治疗的50例人工耳蜗植入儿童,在不同康复时段对其进行声母和韵母识别能力评估。结果:随着康复时间的延长,声母识别和韵母识别的成绩总体呈向上发展的趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工耳蜗植入能提高听障儿童的听辨能力,且康复时间越长,效果越好。

Objective： To investigate the consonant and vowel recognition conditions of children with cochlear implantation at different stages. Method： 50 children with cochlear implantation from Jun. 2014 to Sep. 2015 in our hospital were collected, their consonant and vowel recognition conditions ability were tested at different period.Result： The consonant and vowel recognition scores increased significantly with rehabilitation time increasing（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： After cochlear implantation, the speech recognition abilities of children with cochlear implantation can develop rapidly with training time increasing.
