口腔颌面部肿瘤患者的手术治疗效果评价

Evaluation of Surgical Treatment for Patients with Oral and Maxillofacial Tumors

目的:探讨口腔颌面部肿瘤患者的手术治疗效果。方法:选择2007年12月-2012年2月在重医附属口腔医院颌面外科接受治疗的口腔颌面部肿瘤患者共104例,将其随机分为两组,观察组和对照组,各52例。对照组患者采用放射治疗,观察组患者运用手术治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果:观察组总有效率为94.23%,明显高于对照组的65.38%,差异有统计学意义(字2=13.4251,P<0.05);与对照组1、2、3年存活率相比,观察组明显更高,差异均有统计学意义(字2=5.2825、2.9237、3.1278,P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后出现3例不良反应,不良反应发生率为5.77%;对照组患者出现9例不良反应,不良反应发生率为17.31%,差异有统计学意义(字2=3.3913,P<0.05)。结论:采用手术方式治疗口腔颌面部肿瘤,治疗效果明显,不良反应发生率低,能够显著增强患者生存率,可将其广泛地推广至临床治疗中。

Objective： To investigate the effect of surgical treatment for patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors.Method： 104 cases of patients with oral and maxillofacial cancer from February 2012 to December 2007 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, with 52 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with radiation therapy, and patients in the observation group were treated with surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.23%, significantly higher than 65.38% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （x2=13.4251, P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group 1, 2, 3 year of survival rate, the observation group was significantly higher, the differences were statistically significant （X2=5.2825, 2.9237, 3.1278 ; P〈0.05）.Adverse reactions occurred in 3 cases of patients in the observation group, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 5.77%; the control group with 9 cases of adverse reactions, the adverse reaction rate was 17.31%, the difference was statistically significant（x2=3.3913, P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Surgical treatment of oral and rnaxillofacial tumors, the treatment effect is obvious, the incidence of adverse reaction is low, can significantly enhance the survival rate of patients, it can be widely used in clinical treatment.
