参红补血颗粒对失血型血虚小鼠EPO表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察参红补血颗粒对失血型血虚小鼠造血功能的影响,探讨其对失血型血虚小鼠造血功能的保护作用。方法:采用尾动脉放血法复制小鼠血虚证模型,观察各组小鼠一般体征变化,全自动血液分析仪检测血常规,RT-PCR技术检测小鼠肾脏骨髓促红细胞生成素(EPO)mRNA表达。结果一般体征观察,小鼠造模后出现精神萎靡、行动迟缓、毛发灰暗等状态。血液分析仪检测,与模型组比较,各给药组小鼠血液中RBC、HGB及HCT明显升高(P<0.05)。RT-PCR法检测,与模型组比较,各给药组小鼠肾脏EPO mRNA表达水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论参红补血颗粒对失血型血虚小鼠的造血功能有明显的改善作用,可能与提高小鼠肾脏EPO mRNA的表达有关。 Objective To observe the effect of SHBX granule on hematopoietic function in blood deficiency model mice. Methods Tail artery bloodletting method copied blood deficiency model.Observe general signs of each group.The number of red blood cell (RBC), hemoglobin level filGB) and hematocrit filET) were detected by automatic blood analyzer.The levels of EPO mRNA were detected by RT-PCR.Resuhs The results of automatic blood analyzer showed that RBC HGB and HCT of positive control group and SHBU groups were increased significantly compared with model group (P〈0.05);The results of RT- PCR showed that the expression levels of EPO mRNA in positive control group and SHBU groups were increased significantly compared with model group (P〈0.05).Conclusion SHBX granule could improve blood deficiency in mice through increasing the expression levels of EPO.
