新能源汽车企业创新生态效率测度——基于2012~2015年面板数据的实证分析 被引量:12

摘要 利用能量传递效率和报偿反馈效率刻画企业创新生态效率,构建新能源整车企业创新生态效率模型,选取中国A股新能源整车上市公司2012~2015年度的面板数据作为研究样本,测度新能源整车企业的创新生态效率。研究发现:新能源整车企业的能量传递效率总体不高,企业间差异较大,研发投入是推动企业创新的主要动力,技术人力资源投入效果不显著;报偿反馈效率较高,有力地促进了汽车企业创新活动的持续开展。最后,围绕提高新能源整车企业创新生态效率提出了建议。 This paper builds up the innovation ecology models of new energy automobile enterprise, which indicates the en- terprise innovation ecological efficiency by the energy transfer efficiency and the reward feedback efficiency, and selects the panel data of listed companies of Chinese A-share auto manufacturers from 2012 to 2015 as samples, to measuring the effi- ciency of innovation ecology in the new energy vehicle enterprise. Results show that the average of energy transfer efficiency is low and it is obvious that the efficiency of different companies, and R&D investments are the main power to promote inno- vation, but technical human resources investments have failed to play a key position. In addition, the reward feedback effi- ciency is higher, and strongly promoted the continuous development of innovative activities. Finally, some suggestions arc put forward to improve the innovation ecological efficiency of new energy vehicle enterprises.
