摘要
通过对230名中国企业员工及直接主管的配对样本分析了恢复体验对员工创造力影响的作用机制,结果表明:恢复体验与员工创造力呈显著正向关系,创造力自我效能感在二者之间发挥着完全中介作用,并且工作复杂度负向调节恢复体验与创造力自我效能感之间的关系。
Based on the data collected from 230 employee-supervisor matching sample in China, this paper studies on the mechanism of the effects of recovery experience on employee creativity. Results show that, recovery experience is signifi- cantly related to employee creativity, and creative self-efficacy plays a fully mediating role in the above relationship. Job complexity moderates the relationship between recovery experiences and creative serf-efficacy.
