澳门公务员普通话使用情况调查分析

澳门是我国"一国两制"的成功典范,其语言使用情况以及普通话推广情况也是我国语言文字国情的重要组成部分,直接牵动着国家语言文字发展策略的制定和实施。鉴于澳门公务员在澳门社会发展中所扮演的导向性作用,出于政治经济文化的综合考量,全面细致地分析澳门公务员的语言要求和普通话使用情况具有极大的现实意义。本次调查较为全面地考察了澳门公务员的普通话能力及其对于学习普通话的态度和认识,指出了当前澳门普通话推广中的主要问题并给出了相应改善建议。调查的结论有望为政府制定合理的普通话学习政策和澳门社会文化发展政策提供参考。

Macao is a successful epitome of the Chinese ＂One Country, Two Systems＂ Policy. The pop- ularization of Putonghua in Macao exert great influence upon the making and implementation in of language policy China. Given the leading role that government officials play in the Macao social development, and out of political, economic and cultural consideration, it is of much importance to conduct an comprehensive and detailed investigation upon the language needs and Putonghua use of Macao government officials. This investigation has generally explored Macao government officials＇ language competence and their attitude towards Mandarin study. Meanwhile, this paper also points out the major problems remained in the current Putonghua of Putonghua usage in Macao, and makes corresponding suggestions for improvement. The results of this investigation are expected to shed light upon the stipulation of Mandarin study policy and the social as well as cultural development in Macao.
