摘要
在互联网思维影响下,传统基于分工原则的科层组织结构及职能式管理模式面临巨大挑战。互联网驱动下的组织流程重组推动着组织结构变革,一种更符合时代需求的网络化、智慧型组织——平台型企业得以产生。平台型企业拥有无边界的开放式组织结构,通过价值观的深度嵌入,集聚组织个体的各种分散目标,使组织行动者进行自我约束和控制。平台型企业不仅有助于提高互联网时代的资源配置效率和组织效能,同时也有助于激活被传统科层组织压抑的员工个体活力,扩展员工在组织中的自由空间和创业精神。
Under the influence of Internet thinking, the hierarchical organizational structure and functional management mode based on the principle of division of labor are facing great challenges.Business process re-engineering driven by the Internet promotes the organizational structure transformation. In that case a networking and intelligent organization which is more in line with the needs of the times will be produced.It is called platform organization.Platform organization has an open organizational structure without boundaries, through the deep combination with values to aggregate individual decentralizedgoals, the organizational actors can restraint and control themselves.Platform organization will not only help to improve the efficiency of resource allocation and organization efficiency in the Internet age, but also helps to activate the individual vitality depressed by traditional hierarchical organizations, and expands the free space and entrepreneurial spirit of employees in the organization.
