摘要
高校学生组织发展对提升大学生综合素质和能力具有不可替代的作用。在学习型组织理论指导下,构建多维互联的组织目标系统、有机灵活的组织结构系统、全面有效的组织学习系统是建设学习型学生组织的应有之义。同时,为进一步激发学生组织发展的内驱力,需要采取建设卓越学生工作团队、改善学生组织管理监督和创新组织文化等措施。
The development of college students' organization has an irreplaceable role in improving the comprehensive quality and ability of college students. Under the guidance of Learning-oriented Organization Theory, constructing a system with multidimensional interconnected organization goal, a system with flexible or- ganizational structure and a comprehensive and effective organizational learning system are the expected content of constructing a learning-oriented organization. At the same time, in order to further stimulate the development of the students' organization, this paper puts forward the suggestion of constructing an excellent student work team, improving student organization management and supervision, innovating organization development culture and so on.
