背俞穴毫火针点刺对中风患者运动功能的影响

The Influence of Milli-Fire Needling in Back-Shu Points on Motor Function of Stroke Patients

目的:观察背俞穴毫火针点刺对中风患者运动功能、日常生活活动能力、神经功能缺损程度的影响。方法:将120例中风患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组采用背俞穴毫火针点刺治疗,对照组则给予常规针刺治疗,观察两组患者FMA评分、BI评分、NDS评分的改善情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组FMA评分、BI评分、NDS评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:背俞穴毫火针点刺可有效提高中风患者的运动功能、日常生活活动能力,从而提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the influence of milli-fire needling in back-shu points on the motor fimction, activities of daily living and nerve function defect degree of stroke patients. Methods： 120 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group （60 cases） and control group （60 cases）, the treatment group treated by milli-fire needling in back-shu points, while control group by conventional acupuncture therapy, observed the improvement of FMA, BI and NDS scores of the two groups. Results： After treatment, the improvement of FMA, BI and NDS scores of treatment group were all significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Milli-fire needling in back-shu points caneffectively improve the motor function and activities of daily living, thereby improving patients＇ quality of life, deserves clinical promotion and application.
