摘要
介绍了中国石油天然气股份有限公司乌鲁木齐石化分公司净化水厂"三泥"的来源及危害,根据"三泥"回炼原理,利用焦炭塔的高温加热分离"三泥"中轻组分,通过在延迟焦化装置小给水阶段进行"三泥"回炼,回炼时间通常在1 h左右,对给水操作基本无影响。回炼期间,石油焦产品挥发分上升0.84%,灰分上升0.04%,每一生焦周期(24 h)可回炼"三泥"约20 t,每年可回收净化水厂"三泥"约6 kt,节省废弃物处置费用600万元/a,另外增产石油焦300 t/a,增加经济效益24万元/a。同时对"三泥"回炼过程中存在的冷焦水质变、卡钻和设备腐蚀等问题提出了相应的解决措施,解决了公司"三废"处理的难题,减轻了环保压力。
The sources and hazards of three sludges of water treatment plant of Petro China Urumqi Petrochemical Company are described. Based upon the recycle principles of three sludges,the light components in"three sludges"are separated in high temperature heating of coke tower,and three sludges are treated in delayed coking unit of small water supply. The recycle time is usually about 1 hour,which has no impact on the water supply operation. During the recycle operation,the volatile components in the petroleum coke rise by0. 84%,the ash is increased by 0. 04%,about 20 tons of 3 sludges can be processed in one operating cycle( 24 hours) and the annual saving in wastes treatment is 6. 0 million Yuan. In addition,the petroleum coke production is increased by 300 tons a year and additional economic benefit is 240,000 Yuan/yr. In addition,the effective solutions for the difficult problems of degradation of coke cooling water,difficulty in coke drilling and corrosion of equipment etc are proposed. The problems of treatment of "three wastes"have been solved and environmental protection has been improved for the enterprise.
