虚拟支气管镜导航在肺外周病变诊断中的应用 被引量:3

Virtual bronchoscopic navigation in the diagnosis of pulmonary peripheral lesions

摘要 虚拟支气管镜导航是利用高分辨CT设定到达肺外周病灶的规划路径,引导气管镜对肺外周病变精准活检的导航技术,虚拟支气管镜导航可联合X线、CT及带鞘支气管超声(EBUS-GS)等设备实现对肺外周病灶更加精确地取材.各种临床研究证实虚拟支气管镜联合以上手段显著提高了肺外周病变诊断率,同时保证了操作的安全性. Virtual bronchoscopic navigation(VBN) is a tecnology in which the bronchoscope is guided to peripheral pulmonary lesions biopsy precisely using virtual bronchoscopic images along the bronchial route.Virtual bronchoscopic navigation combine X-ray fluoroscopy,CT and endobronchial ultrasound with a guide sheath(EBUS-GS),and other equipment to confirm the biopsy tools reach to the lesions,clinical studies confirmed that VBN combine above tools have improved diagnostic rate of peripheral pulmonary lesions,and ensure the safety.
