家蚕cyp450基因家族密码子的用法分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究家蚕cyp450基因家族的密码子用法及影响密码子使用模式的主要因子,试验采用多种软件分析家蚕cyp450基因家族的碱基组成、序列同源性、密码子偏好性,得到统计cyp450基因家族密码子使用偏好性的各项参数,并对各项指数进行相关性分析。结果表明:家蚕cyp450基因家族位于AT丰度高的基因组区域,倾向于使用富含A、T且A、T结尾的密码子,整个基因组的同义密码子使用偏好性较弱;cyp450基因家族的序列同源性很低,大多数值在40%左右。突变压力在密码子的三个位置作用程度相关性不显著。说明自然选择引起的碱基组成变化在家蚕cyp450基因家族密码子使用中起主要作用。 To study the codon usage and major factors influencing the codon usage pattern of cyp450 gene family of Bombyx mori, a variety of softwares were used to analyze the base composition, sequence homology and eodon bias of cyp450 gene family of Bombyx mori. Various param- eters of codon Usage bias of cyp450 gene family of Bombyx mori were statistically obtained, and a correlation analysis was carried out based on the parameters. The result showed the eyp450 gene family of Bombyx mori located on AT - rich genomie region, tended to use the codons containing high A and T with A and T ending. Synonymous codon usage bias of whole genome was weak, and the sequence homologies of eyp450 gene family were very low, most of them were approximately 40%. Mutation pressure had no significant correlation in the three positions of codons. The results indicate that the variation of base composition caused by natural selection plays a major role in the codon usage of cyp450 gene family of Bombyx mori.
