摘要 干扰素γ(IFN-γ)是具有广谱抗病毒、免疫调节和抗增殖作用的炎性细胞因子。在肝脏中,IFN-γ可以引起肝细胞的细胞周期阻滞和细胞凋亡。这些生理过程主要是对肝脏起到保护作用,但是在长期的肝病中就可能会导致致癌基因的突变。文章就IFN-γ的结构特点、受体及信号通路,以及对肝细胞周期及凋亡的影响进行了综述。 Interferon gamma (IFN -γ) is an inflammatory cytokine with broad - spectrum antiviral, immunomodulatory and antiproliferative effects. IFN - γ in the liver can cause the cell cycle arrest and apoptosis of hepatocytes. These physiological processes are primarily responsible for liver protection, but they may lead to oncogenic mutations in the long - term liver disease. This paper reviews the structural features, receptors and signaling pathway of IFN - γ as well as the influence of IFN -γ on the cell cycle and apoptosis of hepatocytes.
