棉花秸秆对绵羊生产性能和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:2

Effect of cotton stalk on the productive performance and serum biochemical indexes of sheep

摘要 为了探究棉花秸秆对育肥羊生长性能和血清生化指标的影响,为其在反刍动物中利用提供基础研究资料,试验采用单因素随机设计,将体重、年龄相近的卡拉库尔羊羔羊72只随机分为6组,对照组饲喂不含棉源的基础日粮,试验1,2,3,4,5组分别添加3%、12%、18%、27%和39%棉花秸秆,各组能量、蛋白质含量基本不变,测定羊只体重指标、血清生化指标等。结果表明:从试验全期看,试验1,3组(添加3%、18%棉花秸秆)卡拉库尔羊日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验2,4,5组均低于对照组;日粮中添加≥27%棉花秸秆(试验4,5组)可使血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性、尿素氮和三酰甘油含量增加,总蛋白和白蛋白含量下降,血清中钙含量降低而磷增加,钙磷比例失调,从而影响育肥效果。 To investigate the effect of cotton stalk on the growth performance and serum biochemical indicators of fattening sheep, and provide basic research data for its use in ruminants, a single -factor random design was used in the test. A total of 72 Karakul lambs with similar body weight and age were randomly divided into six groups, including a control group and five experimental groups. The control group was fed basal diet without eotton source, and the five experimental groups were added with 3%, 12%, 18%, 27% and 39% cotton stalks, respectively. The energy and protein content of each group were basically unchanged, and the body weight indexes and serum biochemical indexes were determined, respectively. The results showed that, seen form the whole period of the test, the daily weight gains of of Karakul sheep in the experimental groups one and three added with 3 % and 18 % cotton stalks was significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ) than those in the control group, and the daily weight gains of of Karakul sheep in the experimental groups two, four and five were lower than those in the control group. Adding greater than or equal to 27% cotton stalks in the diets (experimental groups four and five) could increase serum alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase activities and the contents of urea nitrogen and triglyeeride, and decrease the contents of total protein and albumin. The content of serum calcium was decreased and the content of serum phosphorus was increased, leading to the proportion of calcium and phosphorus disorders, thus affecting the fattening effect.
