摘要
温州市第八高级中学从人的全面发展理念审视学校教育教学及管理,通过与学校传统、管理制度、课程体系、教学方式、社会实践等方面的紧密对接,充分整合及发挥德、智、体、美、劳之于人的全面发展的内在功能,形塑了修身文化、成才文化、健康文化、尚美文化、实践文化。它的落实与发展,关键依靠系统完备、科学规范的协同育人机制的强力支持及有效运行,是规章制度、课程体系和教师发展等方面改革的集成和联动。
From all-round development philosophy of human, Wenzhou No.8 Senior High School carefully examines its school teaching method and management. With a close link to its school tradition, management systems, curriculum system, teaching methods and social practice, it fully integrates the inherent features of people, which can promote the comprehensive development of students;and on this basis, cultures on self-cultivation, students development, health, upholding niceness, and practice are shaped. Its implementation and development rely on the strong support and effective operation of collaborative cultivation mechanism, which is systematic and perfect, scientific and standardized, and which is also the integration and interaction of reform in regulations, curriculum system.
