摘要
教研员的专业与行政双重角色决定了其应在区域信息化教学推广中占据重要地位,该文在剖析教研室提升区域信息化教学的可行性与价值的基础上,对目前教研室在区域信息化教学中引领力缺失的原因进行了分析,并从区域信息化教学推广的发展路径及教研员的具体职能入手,形成了符合其角色定位的"研—训—行三维一体"教研员提升区域信息化教学发展体系,并对基于这一体系的个案实践及效果进行了阐述,以期能为区域信息化教学推广提供新的研究视角,切实促进信息化教学在区域范围内的实践,推动区域范围内教育教学变革的可持续性。
The dual role(professional and administrative)of research staff determines that it should occupy an important position in the regional informatization teaching promotion. The study analyzes the feasibility and value of department leading regional informatization teaching. Then it does some research on the causes of the department guidance lacking in the regional informatization teaching. Starting from the path of regional informatization teaching and the specific functions of staff, it forms the three dimensional integration of "research, training and Practice" leading the development of regional informatization instruction development.Then the study describes the practice and effect of the system. The study means to provide a new perspective for regional informatization teaching promotion, effectively promote the practice of information technology teaching in the region and promote the sustainability within the scope of regional education reform.
