摘要
教师教学能力发展研究是一个长期的系统工程,利用网络技术促进区域教师教学能力协同发展已经成为教育信息化深入发展的迫切需要,文章通过大量文献综述,梳理了目前区域教师教学能力协同发展的研究现状,探寻了已有研究的成果和不足,结合相应理论支撑,分析提出能够影响教师教学能力协同发展的因素,并构建了"D-S-T"CD网络模型,为进一步开展区域教师教学能力协同发展培养模式和实施方法的研究奠定了理论基础。
The study about the development of teacher's teaching ability is a long-term systematic project. Using network technology to promote the synergetic development of regional teacher's teaching ability has become the urgent needs of the education informatization development. Through a lot of literature review, this study combs and analyzes the current researches situation of the synergetic development of regional teacher's teaching ability, explores the results and insufficiency of existing researches, and clarifies the structural elements which influence the synergetic development of teacher's teaching ability. In this study, we also construct the synergetic development strategy model of regional teacher's teaching ability under the network environment from theory and practice aspects, which establishes the theoretical foundation for researching the training mode and implementation method of synergetic development on the regional teacher's teaching ability.
