异染色质相关蛋白1γ促进卵巢癌的进展并受微小RNA-30b的调控 被引量:1

摘要 目的:为了明确异染色质相关蛋白1γ(HP1γ)在卵巢癌中的作用,为卵巢癌的诊断和治疗提供新的策略。方法:RT-qPCR检测卵巢癌标本中HP1γ的表达量;cck8实验检测A2780,SKOV3细胞的增殖;RNA干扰技术来敲低A2780,SKOV3中HP1γ的表达。结果:HP1γ高表达于卵巢癌组织,其促进A2780,SKOV3细胞的增殖,Mir-30b抑制卵巢癌细胞的增殖。结论:HP1γ可以促进卵巢癌细胞的增殖和进展,且其受到Mir-30b的负向调控。 Objective To investigate the effect of HP1γ on the development of ovarian cancer. Methods RT-qPCR was used to deteehed the level of HP1γ in ovarian cancer samples. The proliferation of A2780 and SKOV3 cell line was detected by CCK8 assay. RNAi was used to knock down the expression of HP1γ mRNA. Results The level of HP1γ was higher in ovarian cancer than that in the normal tissue. Mir-30b may inhibit the proliferation of ovarian cancer cell. Conclusion HP1γ promotes the proliferation and progress of ovarian cancer ceils.
