英国、德国和法国糖尿病足溃疡风险预防措施

Review of Risk Prevention Measures for Diabetic Foot Ulcers in the UK, Germany and France

我国是糖尿病大国,但是在糖尿病足并发症的预防方面大大被医生、患者和社会所忽视。因此,我们对英国、德国和法国的相关资料和文献进行综述,总结出这三国在糖尿病足的预防及风险诊断的措施,也为我国糖尿病足的预防和风险诊断提供参考依据。我们搜集了在Science Direct和中国知网相关内容,并采用文献研究法全面概括三国的糖尿病概况和糖尿病足治疗方面的信息。结果显示,糖尿病足的预防是一个长期的系统性工程,除了坚持不懈的开展数据统计和分析工作,更主要的是强化患者的教育和预防诊断的系统建设,形成患者自身出发的闭合循环。基于这些经验,我们希望我国能加快发展糖尿病足的数据搜集平台建设,建立符合中国糖尿病患者特点的溃疡风险诊断方法,加强糖尿病足知识的普及,减少糖尿病足部并发症的危害。

China has a huge population in terms of diabetes mellitus, but in China doctors, patients and all the society usually ignore the complications in the feet. Therefore, we reviewed the current literatures from Science Direct and CNKI database concerning on the Britain, Germany and France and summarized approaches as well strategies in the prevention and diagnosis of diabetic foot, so as to give an exact sample for Chinese experts. Our review suggested that the prevention of diabetic foot is a long-term systematic project; meanwhile, unremittingly carrying out statistics and analysis work. At last, education of patients and develop of a prevention and diagnosis systems in clinical department are important. Based on these experiences, we hope China can speed up the development of such a kind of data collection platform, and then build a suitable way for the diagnosis of the ulcer risk of diabetic foot.
